Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time right from your Dukene merchant dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, while downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
How does the Yearly billing discount work?+
When you select Yearly billing, you get 2 months free. The Basic plan stays free, and the paid plans are billed once per year at the equivalent of 10 months.
What payment methods do you accept for subscription plans?+
We natively accept M-Pesa (Paybill & Buy Goods), Airtel Money, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards in Kenya shillings (Ksh).
Is there a setup fee or required long-term contract?+
